These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at quickwire.ai and the services provided by Quickwire LLC (“Quickwire LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

Quickwire provides lead-capture, automated business text messaging (including missed-call text-back), and appointment-booking tools for trades and service businesses. The service helps you respond to inquiries quickly, communicate with customers by text, and schedule jobs. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree that:

• You are authorized to provide any phone numbers, contact details, or other information you submit, and you have obtained any consent required to contact those individuals.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing calls and text messaging (such as the TCPA) and anti-spam rules.
• You will not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or to transmit malware or infringing content.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.

You are responsible for the content of messages sent through the service and for your interactions with your own customers.

SMS and text messaging program

Quickwire LLC operates an SMS program used to reply to inquiries, follow up on quotes, schedule and confirm appointments, send booking reminders, request reviews, and send occasional promotional offers to people who have asked to receive them. We only text people who contact us first or who have given express written consent. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the messages you have opted into.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did originally and we will resume sending messages to you.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us and to use the service.

Text messages sent and received through the service are also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how it is used, and how mobile information is handled.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific business results, lead volume, response rates, bookings, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, responsiveness, and how you use the service.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (such as our CRM and messaging platform and your mobile carrier). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, acts, or omissions of those third parties, and your use of their offerings may be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The service and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickwire LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quickwire LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of phone numbers or contact information you were not authorized to provide.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Michigan will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
